We provide pension legal defence services, including survivor pension claims, disability pension applications, and long-term care pension coordination.

This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and what rights you have in relation to it. We handle information about clients and their families with particular care, given the sensitive nature of pension and medical matters.

Medical records shared for the purpose of a disability or care matter are retained only for the duration of that matter and destroyed securely thereafter unless retention is legally required.
