Three pension matters we handle, from first letter to final decision

Each service is structured around the needs of older clients and their families — written, patient, and conducted at a pace you are comfortable with.

How Each Matter Proceeds

Our general approach to pension legal work

Whatever the service, each matter follows the same basic pattern. We begin with a careful written review — reading the relevant pension records and identifying what may be available — before any application is drafted. Nothing moves to the next stage until we have explained the position clearly and the client has confirmed they wish to proceed.

Documents are shared for review before submission. Updates are sent in writing at each significant point. And correspondence with the pension authority — including any requests for additional information — is managed by the firm throughout the initial application period, at no additional charge.

Survivor Pension Claim Support

A patient service for clients whose spouse, parent, or registered partner has recently passed away. We read the deceased's pension records, identify which survivor entitlements may be available, compile supporting documentation such as marriage and household certificates, and draft the claim to the relevant pension authority. The client is kept fully informed in writing at each step and is never required to attend an office meeting unless that is what they prefer.

  • Review of the deceased's pension records
  • Identification of available survivor entitlements
  • Marriage and household certificate compilation
  • Claim drafted and submitted to pension authority
  • Correspondence managed through the application period
Service fee 4,200 THB

Disability Pension Application

A focused service for clients applying for a disability or incapacity pension on the basis of long-term medical conditions. The work includes a written review of the client's medical history, identification of the relevant pension rules, coordination with treating physicians for supporting reports, drafting of the application file, and management of correspondence with the pension authority. Each medical document is discussed with the client before it is forwarded, so the client knows what is being said on their behalf and can ask for changes if anything has been described incorrectly.

  • Written review of medical history and eligibility
  • Physician coordination for supporting reports
  • Client approval before each document is forwarded
  • Full application drafted and submitted
  • Authority correspondence managed throughout
Service fee 10,500 THB

Long-Term Care Pension Coordination

A coordinated service for clients whose family is arranging long-term care for an older relative. The work covers a written review of the relative's pension and benefit entitlements, identification of any care-related supplements available, drafting of applications and reviews, and ongoing correspondence with both the pension authority and any social-care office involved. The aim is to allow the family to focus on care decisions while the written administration is handled in a calm, organised way at the firm's side.

  • Full review of pension and benefit entitlements
  • Identification of care-related supplements
  • Applications drafted and submitted
  • Coordination with both pension and social-care offices
  • Ongoing written administration managed by the firm
